ISSUE SUMMARY:
Having upgrading to Jomsocial 4.1.2 from 3.1 I can no longer see how to remove attendees from events.
Previously I would go to a list of attendees and to the left of their name would be a remove button. This feature seems to be either hidden or missing.

This is currently only on a test site and not live, as I ma still developing the site.

There's nothing to FTP to right now, the installation only exists on a local host as we develop the upgraded site before migrating it live.

If you have a patch files(s) or instructions to fix this bug I can do it myself.

Having installed this new package I now see a "Ban from event" option - though "Remove From Event" would sound nicer.

you can edit that text by yourself, by modify or override the translate string "COM_COMMUNITY_EVENTS_BAN_FROM_EVENT"
