Import Events from Link from an external url don`t works

ISSUE SUMMARY:
"Import multiple events from iCal into the site, Link from an external url" doesn't work, we get the message "Unable to load .ics file",
Only "Upload from your local computer" works

what is an external URL ? I need to check that URL. that URL need to containing .ics file

It doesn't let me insert any url.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 click on "events"
2 click on "import event"
3 click in "Link from an external url." choice
4 click on "import event" button

RESULT "Unable to load .ics file"
EXPECTED RESULT ??? insert URL???

I cannot access administrator page. I got blank page.
I mean what URL that you put on that field?



please let me now that URL. so I can make some test.

that URL must access able as public.
