Event full warning appearing too soon

ISSUE SUMMARY:
The warning that the an event is full appears as soon as the last attendee clicks on 'Going'
This is misleading as it looks like it is a warning to the person who has just joined

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Create event - 2 seats
2 invite 3 people
3 log in as one of the people and respond as 'going'

RESULT see warning appear as you respond.
EXPECTED RESULT this shouldn't appear for the person that has joined correctly.
