ISSUE SUMMARY:
If an event attendee posts on the Wall/Stream of an "Invitation Only" or "Invitation only + hidden/private" Event, then the other attendees get an email notification and 'global notification' but the post does not appear in their activity stream. This must be a bug?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 User X creates an event and chooses 'Invitation required' and 'hide on list of events'
2 Invite friends
3 Friends accept
4 Friends post on wall
5 Other people reply
RESULT Other attendees don't see posts in their activity stream
EXPECTED RESULT Posts, comments and replies on the wall of Invitation only and private events should show in the Activity Stream of Event attendees.
