ISSUE SUMMARY:
When you create an event you are asked for 'Short Description' first. This used to be the 'hover' on the Event lists. This does not appear to work. Also, it does not appear anywhere. If Event Admins fill out this field then they expect it to appear with the Event Details. Otherwise some information can get lost.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Create Event
2Fill out short description
3 now look for whether you can find the short description anywhere?

RESULT Can't find short desription as hover, or anywhere else
EXPECTED RESULT I think the field should appear on the Event Details, in case Event Admin puts something important there. Or don't have the field.

Actually the short desc will be show on header of event. if you cant find short description on event header probably this is old jomsocial issue. Jomsocial will release the latest version 4.0.8 soon, this issue will be fine then.
