Activity stream`s event thumbnail showing the English short name for months

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I reported this kind of issue before and it was fixed. Similar problem exists for activity stream. When event is clicked the short form of the month is properly shown in Turkish. But when I look at the main activity stream of the site, it is shown in English.
I tested both for
jomsocial 4.0.2 baskaturlubirsey.com/yolarkadasim
jomsocial 4.0.5 baskaturlubirsey.com/testya

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Change the language of the site to any other than English.
2. Create an event
3. Join the event
4. Look at the main activity stream of the web site

RESULT
Event thumbnail is shown in English

Show event thumbnail date in site`s language just like event`s main page

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, make safe copy of this file:

components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/activities.events.attend.php

Then replace original with patched file from package.
