I am using "Event" here. This is nice function. However, I would like to add more categorical information here, other than "title" "summary", "description" ..... "no. of seat".

2. this is really complicated you should edit all files (library,models,tables, controllers, views and template) which related with events.

I suggest you hire the 3rd developer for this.
