Is there a function for event category ACL?

E.G. We have a Jomsocial staff group so that our staff members can post details and events concerning the company. Is it possible to make an events category for staff that only users in the joomla ACL staff group can post in?

This would mean that when creating an event and selecting the category, users in the staff group would have access to an addition staff category option.

We are looking to use the jticketing extension that enables paid events; however, we would only like to allow events in the staff category to be paid events.

I am sorry, we dont have feature with ACL yet, this is cant be done right now :(
