No event notification to group members

When I create a new group event, no notification is sent to the group members. I've checked the notifications are on, and the email system is working.

provided access detail for admistrator is no valid. I can't login with it.

FYI: please upgrade to 3.2.1.4 many fixes there. yday we release it
