JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

I was just able to create an event on demo.jomsocial.com. Same results. When I edit the event, the event date is one day earlier than before. Just an FYI (the event is on 10/31/2014 and is labeled as a test event).

I can steer you towards the problem code. It's related to timezones (again). And I am of the opinion that there is a bug in the Timezone logic introduced to Jomsocial with the 3.2.1.x releases as I had problems with my events becoming past before they started ( www.jomsocial.com/forum/events/19288-eve...ore-event-start-time ) when I went from 3.2.0.x to 3.2.1.x versions. Solution to this problem was to set the server timezone to UTC which I had never had to do in the past. Seemed like a band-aid to me at the time.

Well now I can confirm, if my client browser is set to the US East Coast time zone, when I edit an event, the event date is decreased by 1. If I set the CLIENT time zone (in date & time settings) to GMT, everything works great. I'd do a dif on the 3.2.0.x and 3.2.1.x timezone logic and see what's changed. That's where the problem is.

Just my opinion.

I am closing this topic to and re-opening under a new topic that I believe better represents the bug in JS.
