When creating a monthly recurring event, the event is scheduled on the same date each month rather than the same day of the week each month. For example, I created an monthly recurring event for August 18th which is a Monday, the recurring event was scheduled for September 18th, which is a Thursday, and on October 18th which is a Saturday. The event should always be on Mondays (third Monday of each month). Is this possible?

I am sorry that is impossible right, by default you only able to recurring event by date, not by day..
