is it possible, for recurring events, to have a single event with a unique board for users? instead of having so many separately organized?

i'm not really clear about your question. but basically recurring only will "create" repeating events based on repeat date + period (dailly, weekly, monthly).

each created events only have differed start and end date, based on repeat.

basically i have this little problem (i'll describe it for make me more understandable),
i need to create a recurring event that contains all its information in a single database record,
i also need that the event can be repeated several times a week, not every day or once a week,
for events that are repeated in the same week i would assign different start-hour on different days.

right now the recurring event can't be like that.
the event only can be repeated everyday, once a week, once a month. and will have same hours and days.

for your requirement need big effort to do that, maybe need hire developer
