When an user attend an event:
No email notification to event administrator.
No notification on activity stream.
No email notification to user attending.

Am I wrong?
I,m sure, I remember that in older version a notification come displayed on activity stream when an user attends an event.
About email notification maybe you are right, I don't remember it.
