It says error as

Error: Could not connect to serve

According to our hosting, access from abroad is not available, only valid IP's.

I added your IP (see in Private) and it's defined for the week.

I have now able to access the site through ftp as you sent correct password through PM.
After checking the language file I found there is not translation for
"COM_COMMUNITY_EVENTS_ALL" so I have placed that and translate the text for hebrew.
Please check at the file "root/language/he-IL/he-IL.com_community.ini" line no 1539
