Hi, Martin.

I'm sorry but I can't confirm that. I created two Events (one via postbox another traditionally). In both cases hour is displayed in 24h format: prntscr.com/3wzdd1

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I found that the problems occurs when "liking" an event - then the stream is with incorrect time format - see my testevent.

Hi, Martin.

What you mean by linking? Sharing posted Event?

Not linking but liking. Like when you press the "thumbs up" icon below the event cover image.

Martin.

Hmm... I can't replicate that on my site or on your.

1. I created an Event as martin (that is you :)
2. Info about Event was posted on main activity stream.
3. I logged out
4. I registered another regular user - michal (that's me :)
5. I activated my account and logged in to frontpage
6. I clicked "Like" to event that was posted on stream

Result:

My like was added under Event post. Event wasn't reposted with changed hour...

So how can i to replicate it?

You can replicate it by doing what I wrote...:

You should "like" the event by pressing the link below the event cover. Don't like directly from activity stream but from the link below the image on the event page.

See my latest event (test 2) and check the activity stream - both time and time format is wrong...

Hi, Martin.

Ah! Good one! I'm sorry I just missed that. So it happens when you like event directly - not activity about Event.

I confirm, It's a bug and I'll report it to our developer.

Hi, Martin.

Make safe copy of this file:
components/com_community/templates/default/activities.events.like.php
And upload fixed file from package.
