I've just updated to 3.2.0.5 and you can see the error in the screenshot.

On community page, after an event is created this appears:

Flavius added a new event, %2$s

Hi Alex,

you can create language override to fix this issue :
1. COM_COMMUNITY_GROUPS_NEW_GROUP_DISCUSSION=" posted a new discussion"
2. COM_COMMUNITY_EVENTS_ACTIVITIES_NEW_EVENT=" added a new event"
