The thread has been locked so I can't edit my post.

I have unlocked the FTP - for a 4 hour period - and given details below.

PLEASE NOTE:
We had a short outage on our site about 90 minutes ago: "Application Instantation Error" on both front & backend the site came back about 15 minutes later after a good deal of panic amongst my staff here in Singapore, Orlando Fla, and Medan, Indonesia who were all attempting to work.
I filed a ticket with our server in the UK, which I'll now cancel.
When it returned, I saw that the Superadmin access I gave was also logged in backend, so I can only assume it was somehow related.

I just checked your website and seems working fine now... maybe someone debug your website and make this issue happens..and now seems fine ?
