Hi Stuart,
You may have uploaded wrong image here.
and may be you are interested to have "event-default.png" at the list of all events page.
If you want to have such image then
you may copy some code from "root/components/com_community/templates/default/events.viewevent.php" as

    <div class="js-focus-cover">
		...
    </div>

and place at "templates/[current template]/html/com_community/events.list.php"
But what is recommended that you have to have good knowledge for doing this.
