I see this error happening on earlier versions of JomSocial, but I don't *think* it happened to me until I updated to 3.0.1.4.

Please check the code for that version and see if a patch is needed, because my users can't create proper event listings without it, and events are a big part of what my site is about.

I've already tried the solution presented here, without success:

And my events.forms.php file already seems to have the code fix suggested in this thread:

Well unless you have a version later than 3.0.1.4 that you haven't advertised, I'd kindly ask you to look again, because that's the version I am currently running, and I'm experiencing the problem.

and it is included the fix as you mentioned earlier with another forum post link.

But I'm telling you that 3.0.1.4 still has the problem on my site, just like what I'm seeing in several other threads that were supposedly fixed.
