Hi, Andreas.

I couldn't replicate your issue on my installation...

Also could you add FTP credentials to your first post?
I'd like to debug some files in your installation.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Andreas.

Are you sure this FTP credentials are the one?
Because I don't see /components/com_community there...

Hi, Andreas.

In files everything look ok.
Please try to disable plugins one by one (except: Authentication - Joomla!, User - Joomla!, Azrul System Mambot For Joomla).

Authentication - Joomla! - can not disable this, it is the only one which we have activ

Azrul System Mambot For Joomla - when we deactivate this the button is activ but we become an error like this:

Notice: Use of undefined constant AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH - assumed 'AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH' in /home/dos/public_html/edu/components/com_community/libraries/mapping.php on line 14
Warning: require_once(AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dos/public_html/edu/components/com_community/libraries/mapping.php on line 14
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php' (include_path='.:/home/dos/public_html/edu/plugins/system:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/dos/public_html/edu/components/com_community/libraries/mapping.php on line 14

Hi, Andreas.

No, you misunderstood: try to disable one by one all OTHER plugins EXCEPT (Authentication - Joomla!, User - Joomla!, Azrul System Mambot For Joomla - those 3 should be enabled all the time).
