Could you explain the support agreement for responding to issues? I don't see anything on your website about it. I thought support was available 24 hours, but it's more like every three days. Also, the responses are usually insufficient which causes further delays.

we based on different time zone to give the flexible support, but on weekends there can be delay show as its two holidays.
There is limited support on weekends.
