Good morning

I purchased the software for my website on 1/14/2018. At the time of purchase my credit card was billed twice for $149.00. Can you please refund one of the billed incorrectly?

Also. I just went into my account and I do not have any downloads or licenses. Can you please assist?

We are also not able to find any duplicated $149 payment made on 1/14/2018.
