We disputed the charge because we didn’t recognize the billing name. It came through on the credit card as “Internet Pioneer.” A google search revealed nothing (just lots of articles about Al Gore) and the phone number took us to a confused guy at the Falls Church Public School System in Virginia. We had VISA double-check the entry and they got the same confused guy.

Now that we understand the charge, we will pay it right away. You might want to check into how your phone number displays on VISA changes.
