Hello, boys! I purchased the products on offer and I do not have access to Joomsocial, Ijoomla and Gavik products. What does this mean? Coupons are not valid. It seems to be an excruce. I wait for a maximum of 4 hours to solve this problem, otherwise I will write on all the forums about it and I will address the police to resell my legal rights. You took my money.

Giving us 4 hours to answer during weekend is not fair :) Not to mention that you're threating us... not even want to to clarify the situation. I hope that it's fine no - if not, we'll be available to help you at Monday. Don't worry - you'll have access to what you purchased.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
