went wrong to renew account

Hello Jomsocial team,

I just renew account (JomSocial Pro (100024122)
The bill with paypal was 149 dollars for half year
Inside the renew system it should be 99 dollar for half year

Can this be adjusted somehow?
It is for a verry nice project for vetrans in problems, www.dmrc.nl (funding project)
I started with jomsocial at start jomsocial, this 99 was at begin for a compleet year
I would like to pay 30 dollar more to renew for a year.
Or please compensate 149 - 99 dollar for half year, with for example a few modules / plugins at store

I checked our records and it seems that you PURCHASED NEW license instead of RENEWING old one :)
That's not a problem at all. I'll refund you the difference. Just need to be sure here.

Currently you hold 3 licenses:

1 for domain coconutshosting.nl expired 05-14-2013 04:21:30 PM
2 for domain dmrc.nl expired 09-02-2016 08:32:05 AM
3 newly purchased, no domain defined

So we have following options:

1. I refund you the difference between new purchase and refund - you'll stay with license number 3
2. I refund you whole fee and cancel license 3. Then you do a RENEW for your license number 2.

Steps for a proper renewal:

1. Login to jomsocial.com
2. Browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
3. Find product you want to renew on the list
4. Choose renewal option (6 or 12 months)
5. Click gray RENEW button
6. You'll be redirected to cart, click checkout.
7. Proceed with payment.

What option do you choose?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
