There are like three different areas to find support within the jomsocial site and they are disconnected.

well, for now you need to re-new your subscription so you can access the technical forum category.

Can you please tell us the username that has the active license linked to it. The login you are using in this ticket has no license attached to it

You can only access the forums with the account that has the active license
