There are like three different areas to find support within the jomsocial site and they are disconnected. I can access some, but not others. Can you this?

Hi Marcos, Can you please tell us the username that has the active license linked to it. The login you are using in this ticket has no license attached to it You can only access the forums with the account that has the active license
