I needed to upgrade my job social subscription, or something, so that I could reinstall it on my site.

I paid $50 to upgrade, thinking this was what I wanted. But I don't see anywhere to download my software as it still says Expired: 896 days, 2 hours, 33 minutes ago.

Did I want to renew the license? If so, could you refund the $50 so I can apply it to the license. (I don't really need the pro version)
