Discount applied after purchase?

I posted a pre-sales support ticket but it wasn't answered quickly enough and i needed to upgrade my JomSocial for a site i was working on...so i just paid the full amount. I had been using 3.2.1.2. Is it possible to get a discount/rebate on my purchase? I wasn't sure how long the response to my ticket would take and didn't want to wait days.

I searched forum for your previous thread.. but couldn't find it.
Did you posted on forum... or elsewhere?

If you already purchased JomSocial in the past you could renew your subscription with discount. Renewals are discounted -33%.
There are few options we could use to help you... but the, let me assign Billing department staff to your inquiry first, and together you'll decide the best way to solve this ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Affinity,

I couldn't find any previous license on your account. For that reason is not possible to apply the renewal discount. Also, the coupon you tried to use expired a few days ago and is not possible to extend that promo.

If you could send me the order ID of your previous license I could offer you a discount for renewal.
