"Which domain would you like us to support?" - here should be a domain that will display your live site. So if you have there a domain that will be your final one. Keep it there.
Just when you request a support on forum - provide credentials to your dev site in "Test/Development Site" fields.
So you don't have to request to change your supported domain to your current testing domain as you're allowed to have: ONE supported domain/site + ONE dev domain/site. But on both sites content should be similar so we'll be sure that under dev domain you just have staging site.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
