I just purchased the iJom Pro and am trying to access the Jom Social video course with the access code jshero
with no luck.
Error attached
Signed up as a student

Trying to set this up and would really like access to this resource

Please, try to register again - then purchase video course with promo code.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I still am having no luck.
I have registered 2 accounts for the videos. autumnfire and scottvallance

If I try to request my password I get this message "Reset password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, please contact an administrator." I would really like to get access to these videos.
