License Number gone?

Hi there,
i just wanted tp upgrade fropm 4.1.1 to 4.5.6 and it says: This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information!

My Jomsocial Pro license expires in 257 days, so there might be a problem in your system
please check and fix it so that i can do the update.

Thank you for reporting this.
Yes, it seems that validation check has an issue.
Meanwhile, please, download upgrade package from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Unzip it.
And install com_community file using Joomla! installer... just like any other Joomla! extension.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
