I ran out of support a month ago so yesterday I bought the "SuperCharged" plan again. On my site, I re-installed everything because I didn't do it very well to begin with. When I go to the iJoomla installer, I see some things listed in red that say I require upgrades, but when I try to upgrade, I get a message saying I need to enter my license information. I have no idea where to get that information.
The actual error is "This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information!"
On the non-billing side, I don't know what things like "breadcrumbs" mean or how to figure out which colors I'm changing on the template, so I've been trying to figure it out by trial and error. This is very tedious and difficult.
I assign this topic to billing department. please wait for they respond. but for temporary. you can upgrade your jomsocial in conventional way.
download the package at jomsocial.com > my account, unzip the file, goto joomla backend > extensions > manage. install it by using upload file.
1. What I don't understand is why you bough the product again instead of renew it to a lower price.
2. Probably you have to uninstall iJoomla Installer and reinstall the latest version included in the downloaded package. Try that and let me know if the problem persists.
I didn't know I could get it at a lower price. When I went to my account, I saw a lot of different things with different prices and added up they were more than the $300 I paid.
I wanted to call someone to talk about it, but you don't have a phone number like a regular business so I could speak to a person and I didn't want to wait days to get an answer. If there's a price difference, please refund the difference.
I wiped out my entire site and started over and installed this from scratch including the iJoomla installer. I still see the license thing.
