I purchased a supercharged package last year, and the website development was put on hold temporarily. I just had an email to say my subscription has expired. I tried to enter my account to download the Jomsocial, and Socialize packages, but the download links are no longer available.

Is it possible i can have a copy of last updated package that i was entitled to with my subscription, as we only downloaded once last year to run some tests on the plugin.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ash,

To download new/old products from our site is necessary to have an active license. Other way you have to renew the license to get access to download.

I understand that. Im not asking for the latest updated version. I only want to download the version i have already paid for. I have paid almost $230 and have not even got access to what i purchased, why can't i download the products that were available during my active license?

As explained the previously the website has been put on temporary hold, so we don't require extending the support license. I just want a copy of the files i have paid for.

I extended the license subscription for a couple of day more. You're able to download the latest version now. But remember to backup all your files, we will not be able to extend or give access to new or old download if your license is expired.
