My site working fine for last few monthly. Suddenly it went down. Then we renamed the plugin jomsomu and site is up again.

We saw that, the plugins code is ioncube encoded.

Is this related to my licence expiration or any thing?

this topic is wrong place and your license has been expired, and jomsocial cannot providing support for you.
the issue not from your expired licence and jomsocial doesnt have pluging with name jomsomu.
