Can I have a 6 month refund? I have never downloaded your product, and you guys don't even make an effort to help me.

I assign Billing Department staff to your inquiry.
But from what I see you never posted about your issues (if any).
You created 3 topics (two with the same question)...


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Yes, I posted 3 inquiries.

The first time I asked if I could write in a private forum or e-mail, and your co-worker "Dimas" told me to write in a different forum.
The second time, I wrote in the forum that "Dimas" requested, and I was told my question was forwarded to billing, but I never received a response.
The third time, I wrote in this forum again.

Anyways, since you can't answer a simple question (if any), I grew tired of this. My original question was "can I upgrade my current license from Pro to Supercharged?"

However, if you can't answer the simple question (if any), I would just like to have a 6 month refund.

I checked your account and looks like the product was already downloaded to the domain name assigned as supported domain. Also, is not possible to upgrade to Supercharged if the purchase date is 6 months ago. This way you could get the products included on Supercharged package to the same price and also you could include other products you are interested to build your site.

Honestly, I really did not like "Michal's" sarcastic tone in his previous response. I had been so polite in asking my question, and when he replied with sarcasm, it really was unprofessional.

If you can't upgrade the Pro to Supercharged, can you give me a pro-rated refund?

I actually asked you guys about this when I originally purchased the product, and never received a response. Then, I just gave up and never used your software. The Pro package is of no use to me. If I can't upgrade to the Supercharged, then I just want a refund.

Normally, I would try to be understanding, but "Michael" and his sarcasm was too much.

This wasn't my intention.
I just summed up the facts that you want refund but never gave us a chance to to help you with your issues as you haven't reported any...
You ware just asking for upgrade to Supercharged.

We're always eager to help our customers... but they need to give us a chance.
Most of reported issues are fixed or solved - we provide patches for them even before official release.

Supercharged package contains the same JomSocial Pro version as you already purchased. It just has additional extensions in it.
So having Supercharged or just JomSocial Pro has no difference in regard of JomSocial component.

Thanks Michal for the apology. My issue was that I was hoping to upgrade from the Pro to Supercharged without paying for a whole new license, since I have almost 6 months left on my current license. I really don't want to have 2 separate licenses in my account. As you have stated, "Supercharged package contains the same JomSocial Pro version as you already purchased." You essentially validated my statements. Why would I want to have both packages in my account if they are basically the same package?

I guess there are a few questions I want to ask. 1) Does Pro have the Socialize Template? 2) Does Pro have iSEO? 3) What are the differences between the two packages? (What are the extra extensions the Supercharged offers?)

1. No, PRO subscirption contains only JomSocial in PRO version (without backlink and with Theme Designer)
2. Again, no, PRO subscription doesn't contain iSEO
3. The only difference between PRO and Supercharged are that Supercharged contains additionally;
- Socialize Template
- iSEO
- The secrets for creating successful online communities eBook

There are no other differences except price.

Ricardo is Billing Department Manager, I leave any decision regarding billing to him :)

IMHO his proposition of 25% discount for Socialize and iSEO is a good bargain.
The difference between PRO and Supercharged: $149 to $299 (what give us $150).
After a discount Socialize and iSEO will cost $184,50 what is only $34,5 difference.
And we'll send you an ebook after purchase...
What is also important coupon will work also for other products e.g AdAgency (one time purchase).

So what you'll say? :)

If there is really no difference other than the Socialize Template, iSEO, and the e-Book, then the 25% coupon will be okay.

However, I don't really understand what you mean when you say the PRO version is "without backlink and with Theme Designer". What do you mean by "without backlink and Theme Designer"? And does that mean the PRO version does not have it? And what are they? Those are my last questions.

Hi Taz,

The only difference between JomSocial Standard and PRO is a backlink placed at the footer of that extension. The only way to remove that backlink to our site is by buying the PRO version.

As Michael told you, Supercharged package is a bundle of JomSocial PRO and other of our products. But there is any other difference between the regular JomSocial PRO version you get when you buy it separately.

Give me a few mins to send you a coupon code to the email address associated to your account.

Thanks Ricardo. I appreciate the help. I feel awkward to say this, but the 2nd half of my question wasn't answered.

1) What is the Theme Designer that Mical was talking about? (which is in the Supercharged package but not the Pro package)

Also, I tested the coupon code you sent. It came up with the response "Promocode expired (date)". The coupon code doesn't work.

Hi, Taz.

Theme Designer is available in JomSocial Pro version (the same version of JomSocial is available in Supercharged package).
It's an additional settings tab in JomSocial configuration that allows you easily customize colours of buttons, backgrounds, text and links in JomSocial. As well as avatar shapes, order of tabs in profiles, additional fields data display in profile and many many more.

This feature is available only in JomSocial Pro.

Also to avoid confusion I need to explain that:

- JomSocial Pro is extension version (and subscription plan)
- JomSocial Supercharged is a PACKAGE/BUNDLE that consist with 3 extensions. JomSocial Pro is one of them
