It tells me to lists websites without 'www', but, I already did use 'www': the edit box becomes uneditable and the update button doesn't work; this is under the MY DOWNLOADS tab/page. Yes my subscription has expired, but, I expect to have access to the product I payed for. I could not download it even when my subscription was on cause of something.

I can't resubscribe cause I am not counting on you to provide me support beyond the subscription period, however, I did pay for code.

I am not resubscribing cause I wasn't given access to the Jomsocial pro that I payed for. I request you go through your logs. you will see that this user hasn't downloaded the product he payed for. I request to be giving a link to Jomsocial pro as it was when I payed for it.

Subscription is out of it. I just need a link to the package as it was when I subscribed even if it be as old as the moon: let it just be what I should have gotten.

The product has been downloaded long time ago. Is not possible to extend the subscription period if the product was already downloaded.

The www is not a problem, it's just for give you support and it doesn't cause any problem to download the component.

Systems crash. And mind gets muddled up.

Please, if you run a system where I can always download what I buy from you from my account, I think it is cooler. Have been running a search on my computer and seriously I can't find it. Hence my conclusion that I may not have downloaded it after purchase. Say I run a search on my system that I have had issues with and I still can't find the package or I find a corrupt package, what would you do for me? I haven't had the time to use it since I payed cause of a million things.

Would you give me a link where I can download? I expect an answer: it will define how lax I am with any purchases of software from your site in the future. Cause I assume, I have an account with you, I feel I can always download that particular version I payed for, whether my support duration is expired or not.

I request you do me a favour: afterall, I am a fan and customer. If you choose to, send a link to e-mail on file. Note, I am not asking you give something more than what I payed for. Don't keep mute. Say a yes or no.
