i paid for upgrade/ extention and no its aligned it to the wrong package... i am on a developper package. paid for 6 month upgrade.
can you please fix my account so i can fix my websites.

actually - this issue has compunded the fact that the plugin isnt working for me... can you please REFUND my upgrade... as you guys didnt get it right... i will upgrade at a later date when issues are sorted out.
please notify me of the refund asap so i dont have to claim a reversal on my credit card.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I checked your account and looks like you didn't renew your expired developer licenses. What you did is to buy a new JomSocial PRO license.
In both cases a refund is not possible:
1. Renewal. We don't provide refunds for renewals.
2. If you make a mistake buying a new license (current situation), a refund is possible only if you don't download the extension. In this case you already downloaded the extension even when it was a mistake to buy that package.
What I could do is to disable JS PRO license and renew the expired license as you whished with the money you paid for that PRO license.
