I think we've bought Joomsocial with an user's email but don't know how to request our data.

We need to request our data because we've got a problem with Joomsocial, and because we can't write in support forums if "there are no active subscription assigned to the current user". We need to link the subscription we don't remember our data to this Jomsocial user, so we can write in the support forum.
