would it be possible to cancel my current subscription that I just renewed yesterday order number 22716 and receive a refund? You have a great product but I need to perform some additional research before moving forward.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I'm sorry but according to our Refund Policy ( www.jomsocial.com/refund-policy ) is not possible to refund if you changed your mind. This is the reason we offer a full demo site with backend access.

It was one day after my renewal that I asked for some assistance with willingness to pay for additional help. My needs could not be met which I understood. Please reconsider your decision considering it was only one day after I renewed and my recent post for assistance.

In our Support Policy we clearly say that we don't support customizations: www.jomsocial.com/support
But that doesn't mean you can't customize JomSocial... especially if you want to pay for that.
Just hire a professional developer: www.upwork.com/groups/jomsocial
