How can I change the maintanance/support to a different domain?

The domain registered for jomsocial actually was a kind of test-site where we don't really need jomsocial. The domain we need it for most, on the other hand, is causing problems - and I need some help rather urgently.

Access data provided will work on the other site as well: c-stab.net
