Problems with my account

Dear JoomSocial : I am Javier Carreño... a few years ago I bought JoomSocial for my www.sampler.com.co website... I was using an old email account (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) but this account was deleted. I need come back to my joomsocial account and I ask you for a procedure to change my email account or username.... is it possible ?? My current email account is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I just created this account to post my question in this forum... Thanks a lot in advance for your help...

I've changed your previous account email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Now, browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/profile/login/licenses
And restore your user name, then your password.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks a lot for your response... I can not login sucessfully... I got a error message : "Your password reset confirmation failed because the verification code was invalid. User not found" using : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as username and the verification code sending to my new email address (thanks you)... please, you can confirm if my username remains This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ??? which one is my username ????
