I am seeking a full refund for my purchase on 7/8/15. After purchasing this product I found that it is very difficult to use. I have spent many hours attempting to figure different features of this system, but to no avail, I could not figure it out. There is very little publication for initial setup of this system. I understand that this is a very useful and powerful LMS system, but it is too advanced for me.
I am employed at a fire department and in charge of Public Information and Training. Having the small budget of a municipal fire department, funds are tight and unfortunately this system is not useful to us as it is too advanced for anyone here. I will gladly grant you continuous administrative access to the website for you to ensure that the extension has been removed and not re-installed.
