JomSocial Expired

Hello

My Subscription expires in about 20 hours and JS 4.1 is still not out. It was promised for July but to date no word.

What should I do?

It is a shame to be so close and yet so far away.

Thank you.

Kind regards.

Hi, Flavius.

I'm really sorry but developing is not a process that could be predicted in straight time measures. Some times we just need a bit more time to test things extensively or to add or make better some features.

If your subscription expires... well, you'll have to renew to get access to new version.
But I think I may do something to make disappointment less bitter.
After your subscription expires and JomSocial 4.1 will be released, please contact me at michael [at] ijoomla.com or via PM in our Community ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
