I bought jomsocial a few months back and had 6 months worth of support. My site say to contact site administrator. Does that have to do with the expire license? WI'll I have to buy a license every 6 month or 1year to keep my site live?
No, this has nothing to do with expired license. Expired license will not have any influence on your site, you may continue using JomSocial without renewal.
But when you'd like to download upgrade or have site issue and request for support - you'll be asked to renew your license.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
But when I try to signin with facebook it is not working fine. When I signing and provide login credentials of facebook then it returns as blank screen. I am logged in to user but response is returned as blank screen and not proceed further in my site. This is shown in screenshot attached.
Sometimes it returns error message which is also shown in another screenshot attached.
I configured facebook same as shown in your documentations but still problems.
I am also getting this warning:

I'm sorry but your license expired.
This means that you may continue using JomSocial but we won't support your site any more.

and renew your license in order to receive support.
