I bought Jom Social Pro and spent hours setting it up and I am not happy with the same for the following reasons:
1. For every plugin I have to pay.
2. There is no Google Ads Sense support by default a user has pay a hefty fees just to implement few lines of code.
3. UI on the front end is limited to the box and can't make it a full screen
4. If I have to pay for every feature I need to implement it should be mentioned on the website.
5. I was not told before hand that Jom Social doesn't support 3rd party templates as it not mentioned on your website so if you want people to buy your own customized theme so please tell them before hand

Due to above reasons I want the refund for my purchase asap

JomSocial plugins are included in the package, you don't have to pay for more plugins developed by us. Missing features that aren't included in JomSocial features aren't valid as argument to return the product.

All our products are compatible with any Joomla! template. Is not necessary to use Socialize template in order to use JomSocial.

So, your arguments aren't valid to proceed with a refund since we sell exactly what we describe and we offer a full demo site to know better what your are buying.
