I paid for Joom Socail Pro and I had to scrap my website and I went to re-install the software today and got the error message: Error
Your license has expired, please click the renew button to renew it! Therefore not allowing me to reinstall. Please help.

I checked your license and it expired on 03-26-2015 12:43:36 PM. You will have to renew it from this page to install the latest version:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses

Other way is use the version included in the package you downloaded. It will never expire.

I don't understand what you are saying. I have reviewed my package and I don't see any other ways I can reinstall the program. Can you send me the instructions.

Hi Nicole,

The downloaded package has a file called com_jomsocial. . . zip. Use that file to install the extension as any other regular J! extension, like you did with ijoomla installer.
