I try to call the # splayed by PayPal and by the bank but no one answer.
Please check again because on my bank statement I see 1 charge from the card and 2 x PayPal, and my PayPal account also is showing the 2 charges and they result as cleared.
I attached the PrintScreen from bank and PayPal.
Please verify, because the amount was transferred to your account. I know in my jommsocial account is resulting just one payment, but from bank are resulting 3 times.
I found the problem. Looks like you paid with an echeck and you didn't receive the download because of that. So, the day after you paid with credit card to get the product. A few days later the echeck cleared and we received that money too.
I just processed a refund of this transaction:

Ok, you are correct with those e-checks and I can see the refund.
We almost there, just I receive one refund from 2 charges on PayPal cause practically I payed with c/c for the download.
So is one more refund to be made back to me.
