I am facing some problem. I have developer license and have added the domain in the list. I want some technical help on one of the domain. The main issue is the upgraded version 4.1 of jomsocial is giving error in IE when user try to register. So its nothing to do with what domain is there for support.

But still to share the issue with technical team they want the correct domain to be selected. And I only gets one domain in the list to select. How can I select the other domain which is allowed for me to add in backend, but not allowed me to select for support.

Hi Tony,

The developer license gives you the developer edition of Jomsocial and support for 5 licensees.on the initial purchase. When it comes to renewing the developer license it is done one license at a time, not 5. If you only renew one then you have support for the one you renew.

i can see that you have only renewed one license which is why our support team are raising this issue of the wrong domain. If you would like i can change the supported domain for you because i can see you are not placing many support issues. Please be aware that future domains you need supported would need a license purchased for each one in the future.

Thanks for your support and reply. The issue I am trying to raised is not something about we are stuck up setting any thing or need customization. The issue is with the latest jomsocial version I have installed on the site, the registration page is not working in IE, it worked for me in firefox and chrome. So it is something like bug in the script that I want to raised. So I believe this should not be consider as something we need extra from the support team.

The login details are supportive for them to check, debug the issue. I don't mind if they provide me fix to work on. I think your it should be consider in positive sprite.
