Renewed my PRO membership but can't get iSEO to install?

Tried to install the iSEO that comes with the PRO package but adding in the licence number, (same as the jomsocial licence), but the screen goes white?
Any help or advice would be great, thanks

Hi Keith,

I can only see a purchase for a jomsocial license. unless you purchase ISEO then you cannot use the jomsocial license number. Have you purchased ISEO on ijoomla.com?

Hi Paul, thanks for coming back to me, not really sure as on here you have new packages and on update you have only Pro which I updated from and to, the pricing shows, I think, that I am updating to your new supercharged package as the other new package 'professional' is only $149, the update costs for 12 months are $179 and six months $99.

So I'm guessing as I am paying more than the professional then I must be updating to the new supercharged which shows:
Socialize Template ($99 Value)
iSEO ($149 Value)

If you could let me know that would be great.

Hi Keith,

What you bought is JomSocial PRO for $99.- It's a renewal with 6 months of support and updates.

As you can see here ( www.jomsocial.com/store/products/1-jomsocial-core/400 ), the price of Supercharged package is $299.-

The difference is $200.- If you're interested on this package let us know and we could help you to upgrade your license if you paid that difference.

Sorry but that is not correct, I 'renewed' my subscription which I chose for 6 months, I could have chosen 12 months which would have cost $179 somewhat more than what you have stated?

I have already purchased the top subscription (Twice) at the time and want to renew one of them, which I note the offer is open to to me when I sign in.

I realise that you have changed your subscriptions and that for the early adopters of JOMSOCIAL like myself, my first order was some years ago under another login, ukmusic and then again, twice under this profile, it seems we are to be left without any promotional giveaways when renewing!

So am I to take it that every new release of Jomsocial or new package I will have to pay FULL PRICE?

if you would like to look at my account you will see 2 purchases for jomsocial, will they be taken into account when offering me a new package?

If you read my previous message I told you that. It's a renewal for 6 months of support and updates with these details:

The price you paid for that renewal includes a 35% OFF if you compare the price of a new license: www.jomsocial.com/pricing

The price of a new JS PRO license is - $149.- for 6 months of support and updates.

The price you paid for that renewal is $99.- for 6 months of support and updates.

As a customer, if you renew an expired license you will get renewal price which includes a discount (in this case 35%), you will not pay the full price if you renew.

Please check your latest order to see how much you paid and compare that price with the one listed on our pricing page.
