I am bummed, The newest version released just 3 days after my license expired. I did not even get to use Jom Social like i wanted, went in a different direction, but now have a site where it would be nice.. and chance of letting me upgrade before i spend another $149 to see if this will work for my needs??
I'm really sorry, Doug... I can't do anything about it. It's how it works: you bought subscription for 6 months. After it ends - all access to support and new versions/upgrades is suspended. Now only thing you could do is to renew subscription.
You may talk with Paul Smith as he's a Support Manager.
Maybe he could do something for you... please, writhe him a PM in Community.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
